The South Cowichan Community Policing Office took part in the annual Chili Cook-off in Mill Bay again in 2013. The Chili was served between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m and even though we didn’t win, we had a great time meeting with the community. Enjoy this short video with the highlights.
