Procession began at 12:45 p.m. followed by the funeral service at 2:00 pm.
We express our sincere condolences to Cst. O’Brien’s family, friends and those who have been affected by the tragic and senseless acts that led to the line of duty death of Cst. Frederick (Rick) O’Brien.
