We are currently in need of more Free Friendly Phones Volunteers for our growing and vital service to our Elders/Seniors in our South Cowichan Community.
Training will be provided. The commitment is 1 hour once a week from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with the option of volunteering to cover sick/vacation shifts as well.
Please stop into the office to pick up your RCMP Police Clearance form and take it to the Shawnigan Lake Detachment if you are interested in volunteering with us.
We are growing this service and many long time dedicated volunteers are needing opportunities to pursue other interests in their personal lives.
We are so thankful for Volunteers without them this office would not be able to provide this vital service and so many other ones to our community.
